How long have you been in business?
We have been in business going on five years.
How long does it take to get the kit?
Once we receive payment, it goes out within 24 business hours. All orders are sent out priority mail. All checks will be held for 7 business days.
When do I get paid?
When we receive a unit, it goes through quality control for about 1-2 business days. As long as the unit meets to specifications, which are listed in the instructions, we will issue a payment the next day.
Will my registration fee be reimbursed to me?
Yes, after your 3rd unit is accepted, we will reimburse you $17.00 for the registration fee along with your unit payment.
Do I need to purchase my own supplies?
Yes, the supplies can be purchased from your local Wal-Mart or any craft store after your first unit, but we reimburse you $15.00 for supplies when we purchase each unit from you.
What if my keychains do not meet to specifications?
We will send the entire unit back to you with an inspection form, if you unit does not meet our specifications, showing you what you have done wrong and how to correct the keychains. There will also be a telephone number in the start up kit to call if you need help making the keychain.
Can I get a refund if the program is not for me?
Yes, you have 30 days to try the program. If for any reason the program is not for you, you must send the entire start up kit back to us within 30 days. As long as we get the start up kit back within 30 days from the shipment date, we shall refund you $15.00 for the cost of the start up kit.
